PlayMore believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed.
- PlayMore has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by PlayMore and accept PlayMore decision regarding the cancellation.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the PlayMore marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- When you receive the shipment, please do not accept the package if the ‘shipping package’ seal is broken. If the seal is not broken please open the package in the presence of the shipping agent and inspect for any physical damages, if you find any physical damages please call us immediately on the contact number provided on the invoice or on our website and report the problem. If our customer support agent recommends you to return the product please put all the contents back into the box and return the package to the same person who delivered the shipment immediately. We will arrange for the replacement product as soon as possible. Once you accept the shipment for any defects found in the product you will have to contact the product manufacturer and PlayMore will not be responsible for the repair or replacement of the defective product.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
